Upon receipt of the products, the customer is obliged to externally inspect the package for any blows, to open it carefully without damaging it and to confirm that the product was received without defects, otherwise in case of a defect he is entitled not to receive the product and to return (right of withdrawal).

In order for the product to be returned or replaced, the following withdrawal conditions must apply:

Returns of products must be made within 14 days from the date of shipment.
The product should be left unused.
The product must be accompanied by the necessary documents proving the transaction
In the case of products such as furniture that has been specially ordered (eg change of dimensions and upholstery, with special specifications or requirements of the consumer) are excluded from the withdrawal.

The FELLAS FURNITURE store must correct it and replace it as soon as possible.

• Shipping costs are borne by the customer. The return of the goods is done by the customer himself in the warehouses of the company and always after consultation with the company, justifying the reason for the return. The return is made within 14 days from the declaration of withdrawal.
  Transport, assembly and other additional services are non-refundable.

Money return

If within 14 days the product is received by the company FURNITURE FURNITURE, it will be checked and after confirming its perfect condition, the total amount paid for the specific purchase will be returned to the customer, within 14 days from the day of withdrawal.
